Relish A Unique Sea Food Platter Only At This Restaurant In Ajman

If you are into drama, war and action fiction shows/movies, we are sure you have watched Vikings. Vikings very well manage to transport us to the brutal world of Ragnar Lothbrok. And if you are a fan, then we have something for you. UAE has a Viking-themed restaurant, and it’s everything you expect it to be. Located in Ajman, it has launched a unique seafood platter based on the concept of FJORD- a narrow inlet with steep sides or cliffs, created by a glacier. They have reproduced the deep sea universe and have: crusty lobsters, tender squid rollè, king grilled mussels, and soft prawn, followed by clams mayonnaise and tender aromatic sponge, served with soft smoke. Now, doesn’t that sound appetising?

Located in Ajman Heritage District, this first-of-its-kind restaurant will make you feel like you are in the Viking era. From medieval-themed interiors, staff dressed in authentic attire and even the traditional food of Vikings, everything hear screams history. The ambience of the restaurant is dark and is majorly lit with candles, while the tableware and cutlery ensure that you know you have entered the medieval era.

Vikings had a rich diet. And keep the details and their diet in mind- the menu is also designed that way. And you know what the best part is? Well, there’s no pizza or burger on the menu, which also means that the restaurant is trying to be as authentic as it can. You must try dishes like- If It’s Meat, It’s Viking for AED70, Where Is My Lamb for AED199 and more. For drinks, you must try their mocktails like Viking Wonder for AED45 and Viking Tropical Twist for AED40.

The prices are a bit on the fine-dining end, but it’s definitely worth the experience. You are a good eater- you must try their set menu, and prices start from AED299. The restaurant opens at 7 PM, so make sure that you reserve a spot before visiting.
