Summer might be here, and that also means running outdoors is out of question. But the UAE has its ways to let you break a sweat. So, don’t pack away your running shoes. If you’re looking for a way to get in a fun run, while staying indoors, here’s the deal. Gather your crew and sign up for a fun indoor run happening in Yas Mall this weekend. Curious to know more? Yas Mall Indoor Run is set to return for 2023 on Sunday 28 May. The run has different courses for all kinds of runners. Beginners can opt for a 2.5km looped course through the ground floor of the mall. If you’re up for a longer route, pick the 5km, or 10km stretch.

However, those taking up the longer tracks must finish the route in an hour and 15 minutes, as the mall run will end at 8 am sharp.

Participants can check-in from 6:15 am with the runs starting from 6:45 am. Tickets are priced at AED75 for the 2.5km and AED85 for the 5km and 10km run.

All finishers will receive a finishers’ medal. So, gather your gang and register now.

And, that’s not all! If yoga is your thing, a cool, new FREE yoga class is happening this weekend and you don’t want to miss this! Set in a scenic setting, yoga lovers can now perform asanas at JLT’s PadelX Floating Court. Skip your usual yoga classes and head to JLT to perform yoga on the water. Sounds exciting?

JLT’s PadelX Floating Court is set to turn into an open-air, over-the-water yoga studio on Saturday, 27 May from 8 am to 9 am. Email the PadelX Court at booking@padelx.com in order to reserve your spot.

The court is nestled near Cluster I, next to Pitfire Pizza, offering unparalleled lake views, setting the perfect mood to relax and unwind. The Saturday class will be conducted by a local yoga teacher, after which all participants will also get a free goodie bag.
