Categories and Schedule
Day 1: September 22, 2024
- 3 km Saudi National Day Fun Run: A light, fun run perfect for anyone looking to take part in the festivities while staying active.
Day 2: September 23, 2024
- Singles Sprint Duathlon: A 5 km run, 20 km bike ride, and a 2.5 km run for those looking for a challenge.
- Team Relay Sprint Duathlon: Grab a friend and tackle this event as a team. It features the same 5 km run, 20 km bike ride, and 2.5 km run as the singles, but with teamwork involved.
Kids Duathlon
- Under 8: 500 m run, 1 km bike, 250 m run (Start Time: 7:00 AM)
- Ages 8-10: 1 km run, 4 km bike, 500 m run (Start Time: 7:45 AM)
- Ages 11-14: 2 km run, 8 km bike, 600 m run (Start Time: 8:45 AM)
