Ramadan is a time for generosity, and the UAE hosts a lot of initiatives during the festive month to spread the joy of giving. With the holy month of Ramadan around the corner, a Dubai hotel has announced that it will be giving away free meals to delivery drivers across the city. Wondering which hotel it is? Find out for yourself!
Dubai’s Rove Hotels will be giving away 1,000 meals to the hard-working delivery drivers across the city. Drivers who deliver at any Rove Hotel across the city, the week before Ramadan, will receive two complimentary Iftar vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed for an Iftar buffet meal during the first seven days of Ramadan.
Through this initiative, the groups hopes to do its bit in spreading kindness to people who play such an integral part of our life on a daily basis.
Speaking about the initiative, Paul Bridger, COO of Rove Hotels said: ‘At Rove we believe that everyone needs time to unwind and re-connect with their loved ones. Delivery drivers are an integral part of the city’s life, they are constantly on the move, working-hard and we rarely get a chance to show our appreciation. This Ramadan, we want to change that by inviting them for an Iftar meal at our properties and letting them enjoy a small break from their busy lives.’
enjoy a sumptuous iftar for just AED 99
That’s not all! The hotel also has some other interesting deals that will be rolled out this Ramadan. Ramadan is a time for fasting and feasting, and Rovers (guests) can enjoy a delicious iftar spread across the 8 Daily restaurants in Dubai for just AED 99 per person throughout the month. Diners can enjoy an extensive spread of cold buffet favorites such as salads, apetisers, and desserts, as well as a variety of hot dishes featuring both Arabic and International flavors, as well as traditional Ramadan delicacies such as lamb ouzi and a selection of popular Ramadan juices.
And like this was any less, every Rover who purchases an iftar during the Holy Month will receive a free voucher for a second iftar to ‘Pass It On’ to a family member, friend, colleague, neighbor, helpful stranger, or someone in need. Iftar vouchers are valid for the duration of the holy month and can be redeemed at any of The Daily restaurants across the city.
