You Can Now Stretch, Meditate & Perform Yoga Under The Dome At Louvre Abu Dhabi

Doing this daily, in the same manner, can get boring; that’s why we have the perfect YOGA recommendation for you. How about doing yoga under the dome at Louvre Abu Dhabi? Sound’s unique and fun? Well, it is doable and here’s everything you must know.

Louvre Abu Dhabi, located on Saadiyat Island, offers Immersive flow sessions for AED105 per person only. The price also includes access to the galleries and exhibition. The one-hour class lets you feel the stretch, move, breathe and calm your mind in the picturesque surroundings of Louvre Abu Dhabi. Learn different yoga poses and start your mornings on a bright note. However, you must note that you have to reach 15 minutes prior to the class and carry your own yoga mat.

Held by highly experienced practitioners- Meena Karani and Chaithra Jain, you can also try varied forms of Yoga at Louvre Abu Dhabi. Enjoy a good session of Power Yoga on Tuesdays, Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing and Restorative Stretching on Saturdays. And if you aren’t comfortable performing Yoga in front of everyone, Louvre also offers Ladies only classes on Sunday. You can sign up for the Sunday Ladies only Hatha Yoga and Pranayama and meditation class and make the most of your weekends in the UAE.
