TOTÓ Brings Authentic Italian Flair to Dubai This Weekend

TOTÓ, the acclaimed Italian restaurant, is opening its doors in Dubai this weekend at Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection in Downtown Dubai. This exciting new spot, which was formerly Vida Downtown, promises to offer a taste of Italy’s golden era right in the heart of the UAE.

A Touch of Italy in Dubai

TOTÓ first opened in Madrid in 2020 and expanded to Abu Dhabi earlier this year. Now, Dubai is set to experience the charm of this restaurant, inspired by the classic Italian film Cinema Paradiso. The décor blends vintage Italian style with modern Dubai luxury, featuring elegant wooden floors and tasteful artwork.

The restaurant’s open kitchen lets diners see the chefs at work, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal.

Star-Backed Culinary Delights

TOTÓ’s Dubai location is supported by sports stars Rafael Nadal, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Pau Gasol, adding a special touch to the restaurant’s appeal. The menu, crafted by Chef Angelo Santi, includes a range of Italian-Mediterranean dishes made from traditional recipes. With 25 years of experience across Italy, Moscow, and beyond, Chef Santi’s dishes are sure to impress.

Joining him is Chef Vincenzo Palermo, known for his award-winning pizzas. Palermo’s passion for pizza is evident in every bite, with his creations having won international accolades.

The Dubai menu features Italian favorites like burrata pugliese, Vitello tonnato, parmigiana di zucchine, la carbonara, and polpo alla brace. Desserts include tiramisù TOTÓ, burrata cheesecake, and Italian gelato.

A Fun and Lively Atmosphere

TOTÓ’s bar offers a selection of fine wines and unique cocktails, including a special rosé from Frescobaldi. Classic cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired drinks are also on the menu.

To enhance the dining experience, a resident DJ will provide live music from Thursday to Saturday, creating a vibrant atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Reserve Your Spot

TOTÓ opens on August 2nd, and reservations are now available. Don’t miss the chance to experience this new Italian dining gem in Dubai.
