Sheikh Hamdan Launches Dubai Feedback App, For People To Register Complaint Or Feedback Under 2 Minutes

Infrastructure and other developments come secondary; the most vital thing to run any country or city is good governance. And that’s exactly what Dubai’s Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum aims for. HH Sheikh Hamdan has launched “04,” a platform connecting Dubai Government and its customers to encourage the customers to contribute to enhancing the emirate’s government services. The new platform “04” lets customers submit suggestions, comments and complaints in three steps via an omnichannel experience. About the launch, Sheikh Hamdan said: “We have learned invaluable lessons from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, that being proactive is the key to the government of the future. To become a proactive government, we must actively listen to the people and make informed decisions based on their input.”

He added that the “04 Platform” aims to bridge the gap between the government and its customers. And sticking to Dubai’s ‘360 Services’ policy, this newly launched platform aims to provide customers with a cooperative platform to communicate their opinions, offer suggestions and raise any challenges or complaints.

Developed by the Dubai Model Centre of the General Secretariat of The Executive Council and the Dubai Digital Authority, with the participation of more than 40 government entities and others, the platform can is for citizens, residents, and even visitors.
