Shah Rukh Khan Celebrates 29 Years of ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’

The Superstar who rules all our hearts, Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, has had an illustrious career spanning decades. He has acted in numerous films, and many of them are considered classics in Indian cinema. One such film is ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’, which completed 29 years on February 25th, 2023. The film, directed by Kundan Shah, was a coming-of-age story that touched the hearts of millions with its relatable characters, solid performances, and soothing music.

On the occasion of the film’s anniversary, Shah Rukh Khan took to social media to share a throwback picture from the film’s shoot. The picture showed a young, raw, and uncontrolled SRK! Along with the picture, the actor also penned a heartfelt note that expressed his gratitude towards the film’s director and cast.

In his note, Shah Rukh Khan mentioned that he misses Kundan Shah every day and how the director taught him that sometimes, you lose the moment, but win everything else. He also wrote about how he was at a stage in his career where his craft was still undefined, and he was learning from the best in the business. The note struck a chord with his fans, who poured in their love for the film and its characters.

About the movie ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’

‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’ is a classic Bollywood film that has stood the test of time. Released in 1994, it is a romantic comedy-drama directed by Kundan Shah. The movie stars the ever-charming Shah Rukh Khan as Sunil, a young man deeply in love with his childhood friend Anna, played by Suchitra Krishnamoorthi. The film’s story revolves around Sunil’s efforts to win Anna’s heart, despite her being in a relationship with Chris, played by Deepak Tijori. The movie is a perfect blend of romance, humor, and drama, and the performances of the entire cast, including Satish Shah, Naseeruddin Shah, and others, are absolutely outstanding. Even after 29 years since its release, ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’ continues to hold a special place in the hearts of Bollywood fans.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently enjoying the massive success of his recently released film, Pathaan, in which he played an action-packed role after four long years. The film also starred Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Ashutosh Rana, and Dimple Kapadia in key roles.

After Pathaan, SRK will be seen in Jawan with Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Grover, and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki with Taapsee Pannu. Both films are slated to release this year.
