Abu Dhabi’s most awaited Reem Mall is now inching closer to the opening date. Earlier in February, the mall had a soft opening phase with an announcement on social media which read ‘Shutters Up’. However, only selected stores and restaurants were open back then. But now, it’s time to gear up for the full opening of the mall. Read on to know more.
when is the reem mall opening to the public?
According to the chief financial officer of Agility, Ehab Aziz, the mall is expected to open full-fledged in this quarter or next. That means, shoppers can visit the mall by the end of September 2023, we think. The 1.2 billion US Dollar mega project is expected to house 85 different dining options, and more than 450 stores, spread across two million square feet of retail space.

The mall will be home to over 450 store, which includes brands like Timberland, The North Face, Max, Vans as well as a huge Carrefour hypermarket. As for fast food restaurants and cafes, foodies can expect all-time favourites like McDonald’s, Papa Johns, Subway, plus Tim Hortons and Caribou Coffee kiosks. And, you don’t have to fret about finding a parking slot because the mall has a huge car park with 6,800 spaces. In addition, the Reem Mall will also boast family-focused entertainment offerings like the Vox Cinemas, and Snow Abu Dhabi.
