Current Situation

As the Israel-Gaza conflict continues, it has already claimed the lives of more than 4,000 individuals, with over 600,000 people forcibly displaced from their homes, according to The National.

The “Compassion for Gaza” campaign is a response to the urgent situation, with H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, providing Dhs73.5 million in humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people. Furthermore, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, directed an additional Dhs50 million in support. These contributions will be channeled through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

The UAE’s collective effort reflects the country’s commitment to offering support and relief to those grappling with the devastating consequences of the conflict in Gaza. Your involvement, whether through in-kind donations or financial contributions, can profoundly impact the lives of those in need.

Let us stand in solidarity and offer assistance to the Palestinian people during this challenging time.
