The Dubai police, recognizing the significance of the film, went above and beyond to help the team execute the shoot, closing down the entire location for the first time ever for a film production.
Anand spoke of the challenges of bringing this scene to life, saying, “The action in ‘Pathaan’ is second to none, from soaring through the skies to racing on top of a moving train. But the most daring of them all was the showdown in Dubai, set amidst the hustle and bustle of the Burj Khalifa Boulevard. It was a feat that even Hollywood couldn’t achieve. But the Dubai police and authorities made it happen for us.”
