Spring is here, and so is Holi! Known as the festival of colours, Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, unshakable faith and purity of heart. And, Dubai leaves no stone unturned when it comes to celebrating this festival of colours. Apart from all the fun and frolic, one thing you cannot miss out at festivities is the food. 1. Binge On A Holi Set Menu

Celebrated for its playful tradition, PINCODE, the recently launched Pan-Indian cuisine restaurant by Celebrity Chef Kunal Kapur, is all set to commence the celebrations with an exclusive Holi Set Menu. Inspired by traditional Indian flavours and dishes, the menu features a variety of food selections for vegetarians, non-vegetarians, and can be customised for Jain diners.

What better way to start the celebration than with Chaat? Indulge in Dahi Kachori chaat with Spiced Ragda alongside Berry Chutney. Get into the Holi groove with appetizers such as Pan Seared Prawn with Malai Sauce; Bread Pakoda Slider with Spiced Potato and Sriracha Mayo; Tandoori Paneer Roulade with Cheddar Sauce; Tandoori Lamb Chop alongside Pineapple Chutney, and more.

The feast continues with Paneer Kofta plus Buttered Cherry Tomato; Chicken Cheese Kofta with Smoked Makhni Gravy; Dal Makhni, and Tandoori Chicken Tawa Pulao for the Mains. End your meal with some Thandai Tres Leches, Poached Pear, and Mascarpone Cream for Dessert.

2. Enjoy Complimentary Thandai shots and Traditional Festive Gujiya All Day 

How about enjoying complimentary Holi special delicacies? Dhaba Lane, a home-grown Punjabi restaurant that celebrates the tradition of Indian Dhabas is offering complimentary Thandai Shots and Holi Special festive sweets of Gujiya all day. 3. Indulge in Colourful Dessert Platter at Jehangirs in Mankhool 

Located in Mankhool, Jehangirs known for its opulent interior and the modern Mughalai and Indian food, is all set to celebrate the festival of colours on 8 March. Diners headed to Jehangirs can indulge in colourful desserts like Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun, Carrot Halwa and Gujja and Rabri for AED 38. The sharing platter is good for two. Diners will also be welcomed with Thandai shots (Kesar Badam and Mint flavoured).

4. Celebrate Holi at High Note with Unlimited Vodka Shots & Holi Themed Set Menu 

Get high on food this Holi with a Holi-inspired menu at High Note Pool & Sky Lounge at Aloft Mina. Menu highlights include welcome drinks like the Aam Panna Mojito, Gin Mango Lassi Fizz, and others! You can also enjoy the live chaat counters serving savory and sweet snacks, such as Dahi Puri, Bhel Poori and Paapdi Chaat. Want to add more fun to your Holi celebrations, the chaat counter will be serving unlimited Vodka Pani Puri Shots for AED 50 per person.

Along with appetising live chaat counter, guests can savor a three-course menu featuring famous Indian delicacies such as live counters of the famous Kathi Rolls (Paneer & Chicken), Tawa Parathas, and small plates such as Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Finger Fish, and Hara Bhara Kabab.

5. Celebrate the Festival of Colour with The Saffron Boutique’s Holi Set Menu

Pan Indian restaurant, The Saffron Boutique in Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai, is all geared up for the upcoming Indian Festival of Colours – Holi! Celebrate the spirit of new beginnings with #SaffronWaaliHoli, offering a Holi-exclusive set menu. Get the celebrations started with a customary Holi drink – saffron and almond-infused Thandai along with scrumptious Samosa Chaat.

Indulge in a colourful 3-course set menu featuring dishes such as Sarson Paneer Tikka, Aloo Mewa Tilnaaz or Cochin Roast Chicken, Lamb Boti Kebab, and more, served with Raw Papaya Kalongi Murabba, Smoked Pepper Chutney, and Amchoori Mangoes.
