In a recent turn of events, Kartik postponed the release of his upcoming film “Shehzada” in deference to Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan.” But now, he has decided to pay a special tribute to Salman Khan, the king of the box office, with a revamped version of the epic party number “Character Dheela Hai” from the 2011 blockbuster “Ready.”
In a surprising move, the film’s team decided to treat fans with a new song after postponing the film’s release by a week. After a week-long brainstorming session, they decided to recreate the iconic “Character Dheela Hai” from Salman Khan’s “Ready” and give it a fresh twist with “Character Dheela Hai 2.0.”
“Shehzada” promises to be a feast for movie-goers, combining elements of comedy, drama, romance, and action. The film, which is a remake of Allu Arjun’s “Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo,” stars Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles, with Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Sachin Khedekar, and Ronit Roy playing key supporting roles. The film’s soundtrack has been composed by musical maestro Pritam. At the trailer launch, Kartik expressed his gratitude for the support he has received and his hopes for the film’s success, saying, “I hope Shehzada crosses the Rs 200 crore-mark and becomes a total family mass entertainer.”
