Salman Khan was all set to bring the house down in the UK this May. But just when fans were gearing up for The Bollywood Big One, life threw a devastating curveball. After the heartbreaking terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, Salman decided to hit the brakes on the celebration. That’s some major class right there.
Salman Khan postpones his bollywood big one tour
On April 28, Salman took to Instagram with a heavy heart, dropping a poster and a heartfelt message. In a move that proves he’s not just about the glitz and glam, he said, “In light of the recent tragic events in Kashmir, and with profound sadness, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone The Bollywood Big One shows, originally scheduled for May 4th and 5th in Manchester and London.“ Respect, right?
While fans were hyped and ready to shake a leg with Salman, Madhuri Dixit, Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Disha Patani, and Sara Ali Khan, Salman chose empathy over entertainment. Apologising for the last-minute change, he promised that new dates would roll out soon.
What’s Next for Salman?
On the work front, Salman recently dropped Sikandar with Rashmika Mandanna and Sathyaraj, directed by action maestro AR Murugadoss. Unfortunately, the film didn’t exactly light up the box office the way his fans had hoped. But hey, one speed bump doesn’t slow down a superstar!
Rumour mills are spinning faster than ever with whispers about Gangaram – a new project where Salman might team up with none other than Sanjay Dutt! Now that’s a bromance we’re dying to see back on screen. Stay tuned, because if this is true, it’s going to be all kinds of epic.
