Shikhar Dhawan, an Indian opener, is often regarded as one of the sport’s three most fearsome batsmen. He now intends to rule the culinary world after opening his first international café, the “Flying Catch Sports Café,” in Dubai. As of now, we don ‘t have details on where in Dubai the cafe will find a home.

By entering the food industry, Dhawan hopes to build a community of sports enthusiasts, and provide them with wholesome meals and snacks. In addition, the cafe will also donate one percent of sales to regional sports initiatives in the United Arab Emirates.

A haven for foodies of all kinds, Dubai has developed a reputation as a culinary mecca, with residents hailing from over 220 different countries.

According to the Dubai Gastronomy Industry Report published in September 2022, the city welcomes more than 20,000 Food & Beverage outlets and 858,000 Indian tourists annually, which makes it the fourth best destination for food lovers.
