Football Legends Return to Dubai for Exclusive Youth Camps

Jumeirah Beach Hotel hosts football legends for two weeks of high-energy training for young players this October.

This October, Dubai will welcome back Football Escapes, the internationally recognised youth training programme that pairs aspiring young players with some of the biggest names in football. Hosted at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the camps will feature Wayne Rooney, Michael Owen, and Michael Dawson, offering children aged five to fifteen a chance to learn, play, and build confidence on the pitch.

The programme combines expert coaching with memorable family experiences, making it one of the most sought-after youth activities in the city.

Every detail is tailored to create an unforgettable experience. On booking, children receive a personalised video message from their ambassador, along with a signed shirt. Upon arrival, each participant is welcomed with a custom training kit.

As the week concludes, every player is awarded a medal, a lasting reminder of their achievements. Parents are not left out—special midweek matches on 22 October and 29 October give mums and dads the rare chance to step onto the pitch with the football icons themselves.

The Perfect Venue for Families

Janat Al Bahar, the hotel’s outdoor venue, provides the setting for the camps. Its wide open pitches and professional facilities ensure young players train in a safe, world-class environment. Meanwhile, parents can enjoy the luxury of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with its renowned dining, spa, and family attractions nearby.
