Emirates Unveils Stunning New Uniform for VIP Staff at DXB

A perfect blend of elegance and functionality to enhance passenger experience

Emirates has taken another step to solidify its reputation for sophistication by introducing brand-new uniforms for its Premium and VIP Passenger Services team at Dubai International Airport (DXB). This upgrade brings a refined aesthetic while maintaining practicality, ensuring the team continues to offer world-class service to high-profile passengers.

Designed to Reflect Brand Excellence

The new uniform, designed in-house by Emirates’ uniform standards team, seamlessly aligns with the iconic cabin crew attire. It retains the airline’s signature sand and red color palette, symbolizing the UAE’s desert dunes and the Emirates brand.

Emirates’ new uniform Options are Tailored for All Roles

  • A-line Skirt Suit for Women: A timeless look featuring a warm sand-colored jacket, a pleated skirt for added mobility, and the signature red hat. The cream chiffon scarf complements the design, reflecting local culture.
  • Pant Suit for Women: A contemporary choice offering comfort and style while maintaining the same classic color scheme and iconic accessories.
  • Three-Piece Suit for Men: Tailored to perfection, this ensemble includes a jacket, waistcoat, and trousers, paired with a red pocket square and muted tie for a polished appearance.

The uniform includes thoughtful details like red leather shoes, matching handbags for essential items, and practical designs to support day-to-day responsibilities.

Functionality Without Compromise

The redesign ensures the uniforms are not only elegant but also functional. Women’s pleated skirts provide ease of movement, and the men’s made-to-measure suits ensure a comfortable fit. Emirates’ attention to detail guarantees that staff can navigate the busy airport environment with poise and professionalism.

Enhancing the Experience for Elite Passengers

The Emirates Premium and VIP Passenger Services team, comprising 145 multilingual professionals, caters to some of the most distinguished travelers. These include royalty, heads of state, celebrities, athletes, and influencers. The team’s exceptional presentation and world-class service elevate the travel experience for over 150,000 VIP passengers at DXB each year.

A Statement of Consistency and Luxury

By mirroring the cabin crew’s iconic appearance, the new uniforms reinforce Emirates’ commitment to brand consistency. The seamless integration of design, functionality, and luxury ensures passengers recognize the airline’s premium service across every touchpoint of their journey.

Emirates continues to redefine luxury and elegance in the aviation industry. The Emirates’ new uniform underscores the airline’s dedication to enhancing its services and upholding its reputation as a global leader in travel.
