In a move aimed at enhancing the holiday experience for families, Dubai Municipality has announced the exclusive reservation of select public beaches for families during Eid Al Adha. This decision is part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to cater to the diverse needs of residents and visitors to Dubai.

Designated Beaches for Family Enjoyment

The beaches designated for family use during Eid Al Adha include Khor Al-Mamzar Beach, Cornish Al-Mamzar, Jumeirah 1, Jumeirah 2, Jumeirah 3, Umm Suqeim 1, Umm Suqeim 2, and Jebel Ali Beach. By reserving these popular beach destinations exclusively for families, Dubai Municipality aims to provide a serene and enjoyable environment for family gatherings and leisure activities during the holiday period.

Commitment to Safety and Service

Ibrahim Mohammad Juma, Director of Public Beaches and Water Canals Department at Dubai Municipality, emphasized the municipality’s commitment to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of beachgoers. A team of 65 field supervisors and 140 safety and rescue personnel will be deployed across the designated sites to oversee beach operations and provide assistance as needed. This measure underscores Dubai Municipality’s dedication to maintaining high standards of safety and service for all visitors.

The Eid Al Adha holiday is confirmed to take place from June 15 to 18. Dubai Municipality encourages residents and visitors to plan their beach outings accordingly and to stay updated on any additional announcements regarding beach access and safety measures.
