Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is rolling out a new initiative to support the safety and well-being of delivery riders across the city. With the growth in delivery services, these riders face long hours and tough conditions, making their safety a top concern. In response, the RTA has built 20 air-conditioned rest areas to give riders a place to rest and recharge.

Each facility offers basic amenities such as vending machines, water dispensers, and phone charging stations, providing riders with a comfortable spot to take a break.
