How It Works: Recycling Made Simple

Starting soon, Abu Dhabi will install new recycling units at bus stations in Al Ain and Al Dhafra. These units will allow you to drop off your empty plastic bottles and earn points to pay for bus rides.

Here’s how it works:

• Download the Cycled Rewards App: This app will help you track your recycling points.
• Earn Points: For every 600 ml plastic bottle you recycle, you earn one point. Larger bottles earn two points.
• Convert Points to Fare: Collect ten points to get one Dirham, which can be added to your Hafilat card for bus fare.
