UAE Gets New AI Petrol Stations That Remember Your Car & Preferences

Taking one step at a time, UAE is getting bigger and better with its futuristic innovations. UAE is becoming the region’s first country to have an AI-powered fuel station in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. UAE’s largest fuel and convenience retailer, ADNOC Distribution, has announced three new AI-powered fuel stations and here’s everything you should know about it.

The ADNOC ‘Fill & Go’ station is the region’s first AI-powered initiative to smoothen the fuelling process for customers. Fill & Go is a regional first, leveraging the latest in cutting-edge technologies.

Once a vehicle is registered on the ADNOC Distribution app, customers can enter an ADNOC station that supports the new service, and the smart cameras will automatically identify the vehicle. And when the vehicle is identified, the customer’s stored data will be used for the refuelling process, offering a faster and smoother refuelling experience.

To ensure that experience is hassle-free, customers at the petrol station will be informed by the digital screen once the fueling process is successful. For now, the ADNOC Fill & Go service at three of its flagship service stations, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Abu Dhabi’s Corniche Road and Al Khalidiya. However, with time, the process will be launched at multiple locations across the country.
