Almost Everyone In The UAE Has A Facebook Account
As per the latest report and study conducted by Proxyrack, a proxies and residential VPN services provider, almost everyone in the UAE has a Facebook account. The report also highlights that people living in the country have an average of 8.2 social media platforms, making it the third highest in the world, joined by the Philippines. UAE is also the most connected country in the world, with a connected score of 7.53/10, followed by Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Argentina, Vietnam and Taiwan. This score states that almost everyone in the country can access the Internet.
When it comes to internet access quality, UAE has bagged the fourth rank in the global ranking- the first three spots are taken by South Korea, Hong Kong, and Denmark. Furthermore, the study reveals that users in the UAE spend around seven hours and 29 minutes daily, making the country 13th worldwide. And South Africa tops the report with average use of nine hours and 38 minutes daily.

Malaysia Has Bagged The Second Spot On The List
For other countries, Malaysia has bagged the second spot with an average social platform Score of 7.7, population using Facebook at 83% and 8.75 social media score. GCC’s Saudi Arabia has bagged the fourth spot with an Average Social Platform Score of 7.9, population using Facebook at 71% and 8.41 social media score.
Other Asian countries making the list are- Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines and South Korea. India has bagged the 19th spot on the list.
