how does it work?
A one-of-a-kind dine-in concept in the UAE, the Talabat kitchen offers users an interactive journey in a contemporary setting. Customers will be able to place their orders through “SmartDine”, talabat’s proprietary “Scan, Order & Pay” dining solution. They can then pick up their meals from contactless smart lockers through unique QR codes, creating a digital and innovative experience.
Speaking about the new launch, Samrat Sharma, MENA Director of Kitchen Operations at talabat said: “The innovative talabat kitchen is our first in the region to offer dine-in settings to customers outside of Expo 2020 Dubai, where our two-storey cloud kitchen served hundreds and thousands of visitors during the six months of the show. It is built with the consumer in mind, in a way that gives them access to over 25 brands in a contemporary-designed space, while allowing them to enjoy a convenient and tech-oriented dining experience. The spacious seating area has a capacity to welcome more than 160 visitors. We look forward to showcasing the future of food delivery and to bringing this concept to new areas.”
