Hrithik Roshan Bags Joy Awards 2025 in Riyadh as He Marks 25 Years in Bollywood

From the charming Rohit in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai to the fierce Kabir in War, Hrithik Roshan has done it all and done it flawlessly! The man who gave us iconic performances in Jodhaa Akbar, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and Super 30 has just hit the 25-year milestone in Bollywood, and guess what? He’s celebrating in style by bagging an international honour at the prestigious Joy Awards 2025 in Riyadh. He’s rubbing shoulders with none other than Hollywood legends Morgan Freeman and Matthew McConaughey.

Hrithik Roshan Represents India on a Global Stage

While Bollywood has been reigning supreme internationally. The Joy Awards, known for recognizing artistic excellence, saw Hrithik shining bright among the world’s biggest talents. Joining him at the grand event was fellow Bollywood beauty Shraddha Kapoor.

Taking to Instagram, Hrithik shared a reel capturing the surreal moment and expressed his gratitude, writing, “What a joy it was to be at the @joyawards 2025 in the presence of some of the best talents from across the globe! Thank you @turkialalshik for having me be a part of this celebration of Global Entertainment and cinema.”

Looking every bit the Greek God that he is, Hrithik stole the limelight in a dapper red suit paired with a classic black shirt. And when he took the mic? Oh boy, it was a moment! “This is absolutely overwhelming. My thanks to Riyadh and all my fans here. Thanks to Joy Awards. It’s truly a very humbling moment for me.”

While Hollywood superstars Morgan Freeman and Matthew McConaughey accepted their awards, Hrithik stood tall as Bollywood’s global icon, proving yet again why he’s one of India’s finest exports.

Hrithik’s Bollywood Journey – 25 Years of Absolute Magic

Let’s take a moment to appreciate this man’s stellar career. Hrithik made a dream debut with Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai in 2000, which became a massive blockbuster. To celebrate his 25-year journey, the film was re-released in theatres on his 51st birthday, January 9 – because legends deserve legendary celebrations!

But that’s not all. Hrithik recently gave fans an inside look at the legacy of the Roshan family in Netflix India’s docuseries The Roshans. From his grandfather, legendary music composer Roshan, to his filmmaker father Rakesh Roshan, the docuseries traces their invaluable contributions to Bollywood.

What’s Next?

He’s gearing up for some massive projects, and fans are counting the days. He will soon be seen in War 2. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this high-octane spy thriller will see Hrithik in his action-packed avatar once again. He also has Krrish 4 and we can’t wait to see Hrithik don the cape once more.
