The revitalizing session is organised by Hyde Spa and will kick off with Vigorous Flow Yoga, by renowned yoga trainer, Dina Ghandour. Louvre Abu Dhabi, located on Saadiyat Island, offers Immersive flow sessions for AED105 per person only. The price also includes access to the galleries and exhibition. The one-hour class lets you feel the stretch, move, breathe and calm your mind in the picturesque surroundings of Louvre Abu Dhabi. Learn different yoga poses and start your mornings on a bright note. However, you must note that you have to reach 15 minutes prior to the class and carry your own yoga mat.
