Emirates NBD Introduces Free Digitally Stamped Bank Statements

Get Your Bank Statements Easily with Emirates NBD’s New Digital Service

If you’re applying for a visa or a loan, you know how important it is to have a stamped bank statement. Emirates NBD, one of the largest banks in Dubai, has now made it easier for you to get a digitally stamped bank statement for free, simplifying the process for both customers and institutions.

What’s New?

Emirates NBD now offers digitally stamped bank statements online. You can access these statements through the bank’s website or mobile app, which is especially helpful when you’re applying for visas to countries like the US or within the Schengen area. This is a first in the UAE, making it convenient for anyone who needs these documents for official purposes.

How Does It Work?

You can request a digitally stamped statement for up to six months’ worth of transactions. If you need a statement covering a longer period, up to three years, you’ll need to visit a bank branch with your Emirates ID or passport. The bank ensures you receive your digitally stamped statement within five working days, and you’ll be notified via SMS when it’s ready.

Why It Matters

While digitally stamped statements are convenient, not every consulate or embassy may accept them. Some still prefer the traditional paper-stamped statements. To address this, Emirates NBD also offers paper statements for those who request them. The bank will send these documents through courier within two days for a small fee.

Going Green

This service is not only about convenience; it’s also environmentally friendly. By using digital statements, you help reduce paper usage, contributing to a smaller carbon footprint. This is an easy way to make a positive impact on the environment while managing your financial needs.

With Emirates NBD leading the way, digitally stamped bank statements are set to become the norm in the UAE. Whether you’re applying for a visa, a loan, or just need a stamped statement for another purpose, this new service makes it easier, faster, and more sustainable.
