Tennis lovers, listen up! Season two of the World Tennis League is happening in Abu Dhabi in December 2023. Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and Miral have signed a joint agreement with the World Tennis League (WTL) to host the next three seasons of this league in Abu Dhabi. The world-famous tennis league will take place on Yas Island. Read on for all the deets.

Season 2 Of The World Tennis League Will Take Place At Etihad Arena
World Tennis League will be held from December 21st to December 24th at Etihad Arena on Yas Island. Season two of the league promises to be fun, thrilling and offer an unforgettable experience to tennis and music fans. The Falcons, Hawks, Eagles and Kites will be in Abu Dhabi to play against each other in this three-day tennis league. The finals will be held on December 24th.
Speaking about the World Tennis League, HE Aref Al Awani, General Secretary of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, said: “Abu Dhabi is proud to partner this World class event and we will continue to support the WTL to make it bigger and better every year. We witnessed an amazing inaugural tournament and we are sure the fans are going to love while looking forward to four exciting days of action on the court.”
Meanwhile, Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi, Group CEO of Miral, said: “Yas Island continues to grow as a leading sporting event’s hub, and we are thrilled to host the prestigious World Tennis League, one of the biggest events on the international sporting calendar, here on the island and in Abu Dhabi. This is another great addition to Yas Island’s offerings.”

Season two of the World Tennis League will host two matches a day, and it will be a three-day event instead of four. Last year, season one welcomed the biggest Tennis stars like Novak Djokovic and Iga Swiatek; and included live performances by award-winning international artists, including Tiesto, Wizkid, Armin Van Burren and more.
