‘Is this for real’?- We’re sure this is the first thing that will come to your mind when you step inside UAE’s first ever 2D Cafe- Forever Rose. The Instagrammable 2D cafe launched first in Abu Dhabi, after which it opened shop in Dubai’s Box Park. And, the cafe shot to fame instantly! Well, with a dreamy, story-book-like setting we aren’t surprise this is a favourite among cafe-goers in the region. So, what’s so special? Read on as we reveal!
Dine In dubai’s first ever 2D Setting
Firstly, the cafe is completely set in monochrome theme. From the furniture to the decor, everything here is in shades of black and white. So much so, that even the airconditioning vents look like they belong. Now, that’s taking up several notches, right?
Along the wall of the cafe, there is also a monochrome painting of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, riding a horse. And yeah, you’re right; it’s all done in a hip monochromatic style.
The roses that decorate the space, and the colorful food that emerges from the kitchen are the only sources of color here. So, it’s not simply the look that will entice you to return for additional Instagram photos.
So, what does the menu look like in the fairytale-themed cafe? The café offers a variety of delicious treats and meals, all of which look delicious and are a pleasure for the eyes as well as the palate. A variety of croissants, including the Forever Rose Croissant, almond croissant, and more, are available on the menu. For those with a sweet craving, they provide a variety of cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, saffron, and other pastries that are delectable.
The cafe is most known for its hot beverages- think Forever Rose Latte, Lavender Latte, and Orchid Latte. Dark roast coffee beans and a variety of blends from nine different nations are used to make each of the signature drinks. Additionally, there is a list of lattes and Americanos for those who love their regular cuppa.
