Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced an online auction for supercar digits in the emirate. If you are planning to get a unique and special number plate for your car, you can partake in the online auction, and who knows, you might win one of the 350 fancy number plates. You must know these number plates are 3, 4 and 5 digits for private and vintage vehicles bearing (A-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-Y) codes. Read on to know more.

Online Auction Will Have Over 350 Fancy Number Plates
RTA is holding a 72nd online auction, and the number plates for this one are topped by the super licensing plates (M 535), (T 451), (L 69069), (A 50052), (V 1107), (V 5567), (T 2223), (R 33434). So if you are interested in the auction, please note that registration of bidders for this online auction started on Monday, July 24th, 2023, and the bidding process commences at 8 AM on Monday, July 31st, 2023, and continues for five days only. So hurry, head to RTA’s website and register now.
In order to register and bid for these plates in the online auction, each bidder should have a Traffic File opened in Dubai, deposit a security cheque amounting to AED5,000 made to RTA, and pay an un-refundable participation fee of AED120. Payment can be made at Customers Happiness Centres at Umm Al Ramool, Al Barsha or Deira and by credit card via (www.rta.ae) or the Dubai Drive app.
