Hatta development will take place in two parts- phase 1 and Phase 2; both these phases have been reviewed by HH Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Phase 1 will have 14 projects and initiatives, whereas Phase 2 will feature 22 projects and initiatives. From getting Crystal Lagoon Lake to Cable Car and Waterfall, there are a lot of things that you can expect.
Hatta usually closes in summer, but the development projects aim to re-brand Hatta as an all-year-round tourist destination; visitors and tourists can expect Hatta Beach to offer a range of leisure facilities, services, and pursuits. Besides this, post the development, you will soon enjoy the sight of gushing Hatta waterfalls close to the Hatta Dam.

Hatta To Also Have A Cable Car, Mountain Tram & Cycle Tracks
In terms of transport and mobility, Hatta will also feature a 5.4 km cable car that will transport visitors from Hatta Dam to the top of Umm Al Nusour. Besides cable cars, Hatta will also get a mountain tram that will increase access to Hatta Dam. And if you thought that’s it, you must know that trails will be installed to allow hikers to take in the natural beauty Hatta has to offer.
In addition, Hatta will soon be home to a bicycle track, mountain biking trails, a Hatta service centre, a new residential district, Wadi Lim Lake restoration and more. Besides this, temporary eateries, facilities, walkways, and rest areas will be set up in order to increase investment opportunities and advance tourism in the region.
