Al Habtoor Tower: World’s Largest Residential Skyscraper Goes On Sale, Here’s How Much It Costs

Recently, Dubai developer Al Habtoor Group announced the launch of Al Habtoor Tower, which is said to be the largest residential building in the world with ultra-luxurious living facilities. And guess what? The Residential units of Al Habtoor Tower are now on sale. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, along the Dubai Water Canal, read on to know the prices, amenities and more.

Al Habtoor Tower Units Start From AED2.1 Million

Al Habtoor Tower, an 81-story skyscraper, is home to luxurious apartments and world-class amenities and is surrounded by some of the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment venues in all of Dubai. Located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, it is 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Opera and City Walk. Habtoor Tower is the epitome of grandeur and offers ultra-luxurious living spaces that provide occupants with the pinnacle of luxury and comfort.

Al Habtoor Tower is still in the construction phase and is expected to be completed in 36 months. Speaking about the unique techniques used for the upcoming project, Al Habtoor said: “This tower is unique in every aspect and can be considered a learning curve for all contractors in the region. We have challenged engineers and architects to deliver what we do best in Dubai and the UAE; an architectural masterpiece!”

The 345-metre-high Al Habtoor Tower is valued at AED3.7 billion. Spanning a whopping 3,517,313 square feet across 81 floors, the Al Habtoor Tower feature 1,701 housing units, including 22 sky villas. The sky villas are from Level 76 upwards. And the residential units in the tower are now on sale. If you are a richie-rich and are planning to invest big in Dubai’s real estate market, these are the prices you must note.

The Tower Will Be Home To Infinity Pool, Resident Cafes & Other World-Class Facilities

One-bedroom apartments cost AED2.1 million, two-bedroom from AED3.5 million, and three-bedroom units at AED4.7 million. When it comes to the sky villa, the prices for the same are yet to be announced. In fact, while launching the pricing, Mohammed Khalaf Al Habtoor, the Vice-Chairman and CEO of Al Habtoor Group, said that some people wanted to buy the entire building; however, the company declined their offer.

Speaking about the world-class amenities, Al Habtoor Tower will boast 18 high-speed elevators, and three levels of top-notch amenities (on the 8th, 47th and 70th) and will offer impressive Dubai skyline views. The tower will have an infinity pool with 270-degree views of the Dubai skyline, indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, multiple gym and fitness facilities, paddle tennis courts, luxury spa and sauna facilities, licensed resident cafes and restaurants, a library, quiet spaces and networking rooms.
