This third edition of the World of Coffee Exhibition sees an enthusiastic 63% participation from coffee companies worldwide, attesting to its stature as a premier global hub for coffee trade and innovation. The collaboration between DXB LIVE and the Specialty Coffee Association has orchestrated a diverse gathering, with seven national pavilions adding a vibrant touch. The number has doubled since the last edition, with countries like India, Myanmar, Rwanda, Uganda, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and El Salvador taking center stage.

Khalid Al Hammadi, Senior Vice President of DXB LIVE, is optimistic about the event’s potential, seeing it as a valuable platform for exhibitors to unveil innovative products and engage in meaningful interactions within the industry.

Sowing Seeds of Collaboration: DMCC’s Strategic Partnership

A significant development for this edition is the strategic partnership between the World of Coffee 2024 and DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), adding a new layer to the coffee experience. DMCC will carve out a dedicated Farmers Pavilion, providing coffee producers from diverse nations a stage to showcase and sell green coffee beans. Countries like Rwanda, Colombia, Honduras, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia will share the rich tapestry of their coffee cultivation.

Saeed Al Suwaidi, Director of Agri Commodities at DMCC, envisions this partnership as a catalyst for Dubai’s ascent as a major international hub for coffee trading. A Melange of Experiences: Diverse Offerings at World of Coffee

The World of Coffee 2024 stands out for its diversity, featuring events such as the UAE National Barista Championship, National Latte Art Championship, Coffee Design Awards, and Best New Product competitions. Associations like the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association, the Saudi Coffee Company, the Specialty Coffee Association of Panama, and the Uganda Coffee Development Authority enrich the event, emphasizing quality, standards, and global cooperation within the coffee industry.

Sip, Sample, and Celebrate: Exhibitors and Offerings

Over 1,650 companies from across the globe, including regional and local players, will showcase their coffee-related products and services. UAE-based companies like Three Coffee, Q Coffee, and Coffee Planet will add a local flavor to the global brew. The return of 60% of companies from previous editions speaks volumes about the exhibition’s success in meeting participant and visitor expectations.
