If a visa is canceled, the premium for the second year will be refunded. - Outpatient Care: Co-payments are set at 25%, with a cap of AED 100 per visit. Follow-ups for the same condition within seven days are exempt from co-payment.
- Medication Costs: Co-payments for medications are limited to 30%, with an annual maximum of AED 1,500.

An extensive network of medical facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies will support the health insurance scheme. This ensures that employees and their dependents can access the necessary healthcare services.
Employers’ Responsibilities
Starting in January 2025, employers must purchase health insurance packages for their workers. They can choose the basic policy offered through the DubaiCare Network or other accredited providers. Insurance packages can be conveniently purchased via online platforms, smart applications, or business service centers.
