UAE Gets New Gold & Silver Coins, Celebrating The Achievements Of Past 50 Years

Something new glittery, and GOLD is coming to Dubai soon, and yes, you can buy it too! Are you wondering what that thing is? Well, UAE will get new gold and silver bullion coins that celebrate the glorious 50 years of the UAE. Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) is partnering with Czech Mint as part of the 2023 gold focus to launch these coins. Read on for all the deets.

The new glimmery gold and silver coins will be available in the market for purchase after Ramadan. Curious to know more about these collectables? Well, you know that the coins will have a range of designs, and they will look distinct and royal. It will have the image of HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi to reflect the UAE’s standing as a significant global cultural destination.

The agreement for the same was signed by Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC, and Mr Michal Drtina, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Czech Mint. For pricing, we are yet to understand where the new coins can be purchased and how much will it cost. Stay tuned! All the details will be updated here soon.
