the pizza’s got caviar, prawn & GOLD!

The pizza pays homage to some of the greatest delicacies in the world and is topped with three different varieties of caviar, red prawn tartare, and golf leaf. And, this one’s enjoyed most by foodies who love caviar. The restaurant suggests that the pricing of the pizza is more due to the chef’s expertise and creativity, than the toppings that go in. All credits to Chef Francesco Calo, who oversees an innovative cuisine at Via Toledo in the Address Beach Resort, and was recognized as the finest pizza chef in the world in 2019.

And, if you’re not up for the royal feast, don’t fret! The menu has a whole lot of other chef-special delicacies you can tuck into, without burning your pocket. Treat yourself to a maghertia verace or opt for the creamy bufalina. Guests who are looking to devour a meat feast, can pick from Caprese di mozzarella or parmigiana Napoletana, which are both guaranteed to warm up the taste buds in exceptional fashion. Whatever be your pick, you can be sure to enjoy a burst of flavours in your mouth- much a like a party in there! Besides, the restaurant is flanked by Ain Dubai and the magnificent sparkle of JBR, offering unobstructed views.

And finally, wash it all down with a Golden Leaf Tiramisu, or the cannolo scomposto with Alba white truffle crumble. This one’s aromatic, creamy with sweetened ricotta and punctuated with cannoli shells and is served in a wine glass. What’s not to love!

The restaurant only offers a dinner service from 6pm to 2am. Reservations can be made by calling 050 545 9278.
