The World’s most expensive biryani is now in dubai & its made of 23-karat gold

There are many places in the world where you can purchase the most expensive food, and if you are prepared to pay through your savings for a dish, you may as well eat gold. This dish, which is reputed to be the most expensive dish of its type, served in Dubai’s Bombay Borough will not give you a chance to complain because it is literally made from gold.

Indulge In 23-Karat Edible Gold Tucked In A Biryani

It is often said that the best things in life are free, but it seems not the case at Bombay Borough in DIFC. This restaurant serves the world’s most expensive biryani made of edible gold trim and is rated as the best in the world.

In terms of its flavor and quality, the Royal Gold Biryani is anything but ordinary – it is served with edible gold that is 23 karats in weight and is quite expensive at approximately AED 1,000 per plate.

There is a large golden ‘thaal’ that is used to serve the Royal Gold Biryani. There is also a choice of rice you would like to choose from — Biryani Rice, Keema Rice, White and Saffron Rice, all of which are 3kg in weight. There are also baby potatoes, boiled eggs, roasted cashews, pomegranates, fried onions and mint that are served with the rice.

There are many grilled meats on this bed of saffron-infused rice, including Kashmiri Lamb Seekh Kebabs, Rajput Chicken Kebabs, Mughlai Kofta, Malai Chicken Roast, and Old Delhi Lamb Chops, all of which are served over a bed of saffron-infused rice. In addition to the scrumptious selection of food, the scrumptious meal comes with a variety of sauces, curries, and raitas, including Nihari Salan, Jodhpuri Salan, Badami sauce, and Almond and Pomegranate Raita as well as Badami sauce.

It is then topped off with edible gold leaves at the very end of the process so that it looks like a beautiful plate.

There is enough food on the plate to feed between four and six diners, however, be prepared to chat over a few drinks before settling down to tuck into it, since it takes the chefs anywhere between 45 minutes and an hour to make the golden delight.
