According to reports, an extended version of “Jawan,” which was not shown in theaters, will be released on the OTT platform. Some time ago, “Jawan” director Atlee revealed that fans will have a different experience on OTT compared to the theater.
Atlee told Pinkvilla, “I believe we’ve provided the right balance of emotions at the right duration for theaters. For OTT, we are considering a different pacing. So, yes, we are working on something. That’s why I postponed my holiday. Let’s see. Let me surprise you all.”
“Jawan” has achieved remarkable success in just 11 days, grossing an astounding 430.44 crores in the Hindi language market alone. Moreover, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” has amassed approximately Rs 860 crores in global box office earnings.
Directed by Atlee, this film stars Shah Rukh Khan alongside Nayanthara. Notably, Vijay Sethupathi portrays the antagonist, and the movie features special appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt, which are quite impressive. Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Lehar Khan, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Sunil Grover, and Ridhi Dogra also play significant roles in the movie.
