During a recent episode of Hip Hop India Season 2, Malaika had a no-nonsense moment with a teenage contestant whose performance took a cringe-worthy turn.
Malaika Arora Puts A Contestant In His Place
Reality shows are all about pushing boundaries, but this 16-year-old took things way too far! Contestant Naveen Shah from Uttar Pradesh hit the stage with a high-energy performance, but instead of focusing on his moves, he decided to direct winks and flying kisses at Malaika.
Malaika didn’t let it slide. The moment his performance ended, she turned to him and asked, “Please give me your mother’s phone number. You are a 16-year-old kid. While dancing, he is looking at me and winking, (blowing) flying kisses”.
Judges & Contestants Back Malaika’s Stern Stand
Even the other contestants couldn’t believe what went down! One of them chimed in, saying, “It was right to scold him. He did it in front of her?” The tension on set was real, and things escalated when the contestant’s father was called on stage.
Judge Remo D’Souza decided to lighten the mood by asking Naveen, “Are you like your mom or your dad?” To which the teen boldly replied, “My father.” That’s when his dad dropped the ultimate dad bomb, saying, “He looks innocent, but he isn’t. He keeps chatting with girls throughout the night. After all, he is my son.”

Apart from keeping reality show contestants in check, Malaika has been making waves in the headlines. She recently wrapped up her judging stint on Super Dancer and has been a go-to name for top reality shows. Her personal life has been a hot topic too! The actress recently confirmed her breakup with longtime beau Arjun Kapoor, proving once again that she does everything on her terms.
