One of the most iconic landmark attractions in the UAE- the Louvre Abu Dhabi is set to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with locals, travellers and everyone in the UAE. The iconic museum has launched tons of activities, iftars and exhibitions, many of which are free to attend. Read on for all the deets.

From holding guided art walks to Heritage Talks, you can partake in several activities at Louvre Abu Dhabi. If you love art, you must attend the guided art walk for AED100, including admission to the museum. The guided tour will take you across its Islamic collection every Tuesday at 11 AM throughout Ramadan. Besides, if you enjoy history and want to get one step closer to UAE’s rich lineage, you must attend Heritage talks at Louvre. The Bin Shabib brothers will hold two talks and share deep insights about the history and heritage of UAE architecture. The talks will place on April 5th and 11th at Louvre. It will be free to attend and will be held at 10 PM at the Auditorium Plaza.
You can also celebrate the holy month of Ramadan by enjoying a live performance organised by Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre. Oud maestro Naseer Shamma will team up with visual artist Nja Mahdaoui for this brilliant performance. The event is free to attend and will take place on April 7th at 10 PM.

In terms of Iftar, the Louvre Abu Dhabi will host several Iftar throughout the month of Ramadan. You can break your fast and celebrate Iftar at Salt Camp between 4 PM and 2 AM at Louvre Abu Dhabi’s park or relish a special Emirati-French menu at Fouquet Abu Dhabi for AED390 per person.
