Al Diwan presents a rotating selection of three distinct iftar menus, thoughtfully curated by Chef Solayman Hasan, the head chef of Al Iwan, Burj Al Arab’s esteemed Arabic restaurant. Guests can indulge in live cooking stations featuring freshly prepared chicken shawarmas and mixed seafood barbecues. The menu also includes regional specialties such as veal harees, chicken biryani, vegetable tagine, chicken laban emmo, and batata harra.

For suhoor, the tent offers a family-style dining experience with dishes like slow-cooked lamb ouzi accompanied by oriental rice and nuts, as well as grilled king prawns. An à la carte beverage menu is available, featuring authentic Arabic coffee service to complete the meal.
