This time he will star as a tough ex-army man who won’t back down. Anil teams up with the uber-talented Radhikka Madan for Subedaar. Anil Kapoor Kicks Off Subedaar Filming
Prime Video just dropped a sneak peek of Anil Kapoor’s character, Subedaar Arjun Maurya, and he’s already got fans pumped. In this first-look shot, Kapoor is in full-on intense mode, gripping someone’s hand (they’re keeping that person a secret for now!). The photo has an added caption that reads, “From the frontlines to the hometown – a fauji never backs down! Subedaar, Now Filming!.” If this image is any clue, Anil Kapoor’s character is ready to take us on an emotional rollercoaster with a side of high-stakes action.
Radhikka Madan: The Fiery Daughter in Subedaar
Starring opposite Kapoor, Radhikka Madan brings her acting chops as Shyama, Maurya’s strong-willed daughter. Known for her fierce versatility, Radhikka is about to show us a new side as she steps into Shyama’s shoes. Her character is marked by resilience and raw emotion. The father-daughter dynamic promises to add all the feels and fans can expect an electrifying on-screen duo.

Directed by Tumhari Sulu and Jalsa fame Suresh Triveni, Subedaar is shaping up to be an action-packed family drama. It also has plenty of Bollywood punch. Written by Suresh Triveni and Prajwal Chandrashekhar, this film is produced by Anil Kapoor himself, alongside Vikram Malhotra and Suresh Triveni. AK’s production company, Anil Kapoor Film & Communication Network (AKFCN), has teamed up with Opening Image Films.
The official synopsis? It’s loaded with tension and thrill. Ex-army man Subedaar Arjun Singh is back on the home front, but life’s not exactly peaceful.
