Akshay is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie OMG 2 (Oh My God 2). It is the second installment of the movie OMG: Oh My God which was released in 2012 and after more than a decade now, the second part will release soon.
Akshay Kumar drops hints on OMG 2 teaser
In the movie OMG 2, Akshay Kumar will be playing the role of Lord Shiva. Since his first look dropped fans have been eagerly waiting to see more of him. today on July 3, the actor took to his Instagram to share another poster of OMG 2 which gives a closer look into him as Lord Shiva. In the photo, we can see Akshay Kumar with dreadlocks just like lord shiva who has adorned Rudraksha around his neck. His throat can also be seen as blue and glowy. The picture does give a very powerful vibe and Akshay Kumar has nailed the look of Lord Shiva.

Pankaj Tripathi’s first look from OMG 2
Within an hour of sharing the photo, the actor dropped the first look of his co-star Pankaj Tripathi in the movie. Till now we only knew that Pankaj is one of the cast members but today we get to see him in the poster. In the photo, Pankaj is joining hands in complete devotion in a crowded place of worship.

In addition to Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam also takes on a prominent role in the film. The movie revolves around the Indian educational system, bringing its intricacies to light. Directed by Amit Rai and produced by Ashwin Varde, Viacom 18, and Jio Studios, OMG 2 is slated to release in theatres on August 11.

Akshay has quite a busy schedule. He will next be seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Tiger Shroff and in Jolly LLB 3 with Arshad Warsi. He has quite a few other projects in his pipeline like The Great Indian Resue and the highly anticipated Hera Pheri 4. The actor also announced Housefull 5.
