The Main Reveal Will Take Place At Coca Cola Arena On May 24th
The award-winning developer Binghatti and the luxury automobile brand Bugatti teased the project on social media and confirmed that the first Bugatti residences in Dubai would be a distinctive architecture characterized by bold and complex designs. Furthermore, Bugatti residences will bespeak luxury and opulence, and very few will experience this highly exclusive retreat in the heart of the metropolis.
For now, no designs, pricing and other details are revealed, and we have to wait for the official launch at Coca-Cola Arena on May 24 at 6:30 PM. However, one thing is for sure- the building will offer the best of luxury and iconic architecture. For automobile companies, Bugatti isn’t the first luxury automobile company to venture into real estate- Bentley has a lavish residential tower in Miami, and Aston Martin is known for its $7.7 million home in New York.

Now, when we talk about Binghatti, the UAE developer, which has an investment portfolio exceeding AED7 billion, is also building an ultra-luxury Dubai skyscraper in cooperation with Jacob & Co. “This unparalleled skyscraper aims to set a record as one of the tallest residential constructions in the world,” according to a Binghatti statement.
Nestled in Business Bay, at the heart of Dubai’s financial district, the tower will stand at more than 100 storeys comprising two- and three-bedroom residences. In fact, this one is expected to beat New York’s Central Park Tower, which presently holds the world record for the tallest residential skyscraper at 472.4 meters.
As for the amenities, you can expect all things top-notch. Residents can enjoy a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the Dubai skyline, a luxe spa and a well-equipped gym. In addition, you can also expect a full concierge team offering services including daycare, a private chef, a chauffeur and even a bodyguard.
