The Music Run Returns to Dubai with a High-Energy Fitness Party

The Music Run Dubai is back, combining fitness with music and community spirit in one unforgettable night. Scheduled for Saturday, 15 November 2025, at Meydan Racecourse, the event invites residents to move to the beat while taking part in a 5km fun run those doubles as a festival.

This year’s edition falls during the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025, offering the perfect way to clock in 30 minutes of activity while being part of a high-energy celebration.

A 5km party on the track

The event transforms running into a multisensory experience. Along the 5km course, participants will find speakers blasting festival-style tracks curated by international DJs, while roaming acts bring extra energy to the route. Whether running, walking, or jogging, everyone is welcome to take part at their own pace.

At the finish line, the party continues with a large-scale afterparty featuring live DJs and international acts, ensuring the night ends on a high. The neon lights, glowsticks, and collective atmosphere are set to make Meydan Racecourse one of the city’s most vibrant venues that evening.

In sync with the Dubai Fitness Challenge

The Music Run is part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour and is closely aligned with the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which runs until 24 November 2025. The challenge encourages residents across the city to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 consecutive days.

By blending movement with music and fun, The Music Run creates a lively and inclusive way for people of all fitness levels to join in. It is designed not only for seasoned runners but also for families, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a unique way to stay active.
