With all the parallels being drawn between Tere Ishk Mein and Raanjhanaa, director Aanand L Rai has stepped in to clarify.
While the film belongs to the same emotional universe, it’s not a direct sequel. Instead, it promises to explore similar themes of passionate love, heartbreak, and raw intensity, but in a fresh new setting. And with Kriti Sanon stepping in as Mukti, we’re already curious to see how this love story unfolds!
What’s next for Dhanush?
When he’s not breaking hearts in Tere Ishk Mein, Dhanush has a packed slate of projects! He’s currently shooting for Kubera (a Telugu film with Sekhar Kammula), his directorial debut Idly Kadai in Tamil, and an untitled project with Rajkumar Periyasamy.
