Sanjay Dutt’s Heartfelt Tribute to Father Sunil Dutt on His Birth Anniversary

Bollywood’s very own ‘Sanju Baba’, Sanjay Dutt, took a nostalgic trip down memory lane on Instagram to honor his late father, the legendary Sunil Dutt, on his birth anniversary. The emotional post featured some timeless throwback photos, with Sanjay promising to uphold the values and teachings passed down from his iconic dad.

In one of the heartwarming snapshots, a young Sanjay is seen with his little daughter and his father, Sunil Dutt, capturing a candid moment of the trio engrossed in a book. Another picture is a classic monochrome shot of the Padosan star, radiating charm and grace.

Alongside the pictures, the actor penned a heartfelt caption, ““Happy birthday dad. I miss you and love you, I have and will follow all that you have taught me, the values, and most of all to be a humble and a good human being who helps the needy, love you dad.” The post instantly resonated with fans, who flooded the comments with their own tributes and birthday wishes for Sunil Dutt.

Celebrating a Bollywood Icon

Sunil Dutt, a towering figure in Indian cinema from the 50s, made his debut in 1955 with Railway Platform. Over a prolific career spanning nearly five decades, he delivered numerous hits and left an indelible mark on Bollywood. He even shared the screen with his son Sanjay in Munna Bhai MBBS, playing his on-screen father in a role that mirrored their real-life bond. Sadly, the legendary actor passed away on May 25, 2005, at the age of 75, leaving behind a legacy that’s cherished by millions.

Sanjay Dutt has dived into the entertainment world of South Indian cinema. He will be seen in the Telugu film “Double iSmart” and the Kannada film “KD – The Devil.” Additionally, he has a lineup of exciting projects, including “Ghudchadi” alongside Raveena Tandon, “Hera Pheri 3,” and an untitled film with Arshad Warsi.
