Bollywood’s Bhaijaan, Salman Khan, just had a real-life thriller moment that left us all shaken. On April 14, two bikers decided to target outside Salman’s Galaxy Apartments. Fast forward two months, and the Mumbai Crime Branch is still on the case, digging deep into the shooting incident. Here’s the latest scoop!
Salman khan and Arbaaz Khan Face Intense Questioning
As reported by NDTV, a four-member squad from the Mumbai Crime Branch landed at Salman Khan’s pad on June 4. They spent a whopping six hours grilling Salman and his brother Arbaaz. Yep, you heard that right – Salman was under the microscope for three hours, while Arbaaz faced the heat for two. Over 150 questions were thrown their way, and boy, did they have a lot to answer!
The legendary Salim Khan, their father, wasn’t questioned due to his age. But sources say the Crime Branch might knock on his door if needed.

During the intense interrogation, Salman Khan expressed his gratitude to the police for their swift action. He shared the chilling moment when he realized his life was in danger. After a late-night party, he was jolted awake by a gunshot that struck his balcony. Racing to the scene, he saw nothing but felt the weight of the threat hanging over him.
Arbaaz, who was chilling at his Juhu residence during the firing, acknowledged the looming danger from the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang that had threatened his brother before.
The April 2024 Attack
It was the night of April 14 when two daredevil bikers, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, unleashed terror outside Salman’s Bandra home. The duo didn’t get far – soon after, they were nabbed in Gujarat. Adding more drama, Anuj Thapan from Punjab was also linked to the crime, only to later shockingly died by suicide in police custody on May 1.
In a twist, the Bombay High Court recently decided to remove Salman’s name from the custodial death case of the accused.
But, this incident ain’t stopping Bhaijaan! The actor recently announced his film on “Sikandar”. The film is directed by AR Murugadoss and its all set to release in Eid 2025.
