Saif Ali Khan Reveals Taimur Is a “Born Performer” While Jeh Is “Petrified” of Cameras

When you’re born into the royal Pataudi clan, talent basically runs in your veins! Saif Ali Khan, the ultimate Bollywood charmer, comes from a long line of iconic names, including his legendary mom Sharmila Tagore. But it doesn’t stop there – his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, is Bollywood IT Girl herself. And let’s not forget their adorable kids, Taimur and Jeh, who have already won the internet over with their cuteness! The burning question on everyone’s mind? Will these tiny stars follow in their parents’ footsteps and join Bollywood?

The Acting Buzz Around Taimur & Jeh: Who’s In, Who’s Out? – Saif Ali Khan Reveals!

In a recent chat with India Today, Saif got real about his kids’ future in the film industry. The big news? One of his sons might already have the acting bug, while the other? Not so much. Saif spilled, “Tim (Taimur), at one point, said that he can’t bear the thought of getting up in front of people and saying lines, I would be petrified! I said that I completely understand.” A little surprising, right? But don’t count him out just yet! Saif added that Taimur is warming up to the idea and is excited about his school play. Could we see him on the big screen someday? Only time will tell!

But Jeh, the youngest of the fam, seems to be a natural. According to Saif, “The youngest one (Jeh) is a born performer if you ever see him, and I know where that comes from.” Whether it’s in their DNA or just being around cameras all the time, it looks like one of these boys might just give his siblings, Sara and Ibrahim, a run for their money in the acting game.

Saif’s Dream of Restoring Pataudi Palace

The Devara actor also shared his passion for restoring Pataudi Palace, which holds a special place in his heart. With his grandfather and father buried there, Saif is dedicated to keeping the legacy alive. His plans? He wants to transform the palace with a modern twist while keeping its rich history intact, with cricket memorabilia and more. And, of course, it’ll be a little piece of history passed on to his kids.

On the work front, his film Devara Part 1 opposite Janhvi Kapoor and Jr. NTR hit theatres on 27th September, 2024.
