When our beloved stars welcome tiny tots into the world, our excitement hits the roof! Remember the pandemonium when Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s little prince, Taimur, arrived? And then came Jeh, doubling the cuteness overload. These star kids quickly became everyone’s darlings, and the race to catch a glimpse of them turned into a full-blown obsession.
Taimur, born in December 2016, instantly captured the hearts of millions. His adorable chubby cheeks and those sparkling eyes had fans swooning and paparazzi on high alert. The frenzy around him skyrocketed to unprecedented levels, making him a social media sensation and the paparazzi’s prime target.
Paparazzo’s Insight: Following Taimur to School
In a candid chat on the “Inconversation with Ishan” YouTube channel, famous paparazzo Varinder Chawla spilled the beans on how intense the Taimur craze got. He shared, “We would spot Taimur outside their (Saif Ali Khan and Kareena’s) residence, and she (Kareena) had no objection. The demand had increased, so what did we do? We started following him 24 hours a day. If he was going to school, we would go behind him; if he was going to tuition, we would go there too. We would follow him even when he was playing. We started disturbing the child’s personal life. Then they requested that we avoid certain places, like school or tuition.”
Varinder shared a hair-raising moment from Taimur’s journey to tuition. He shared, “Taimur was on his way to tuition, and I noticed there were 40-50 people on bikes following him. I went there myself and wondered, ‘Where did these 50 people come from?’ Someone told me, ‘Look at the scene ahead.’ Some climbed onto the gates, and others surrounded his car as if they were going to attack him. I was scared and thought, ‘No, this is wrong.’

He continued, “If I was so frightened, imagine what the family felt. Even Taimur’s nanny got worried. Saif called us and requested that we avoid following Taimur to school. That’s when we decided to respect their privacy. We set a limit and agreed not to cross that boundary. They have a personal life!”
The story of Taimur and Jeh reminds us of the fine line between public interest and personal space. While we adore glimpses of our favorite star kids, it’s crucial to remember their right to privacy. So, next time you spot a celeb baby pic, enjoy it but also respect the fact that they deserve a normal childhood away from the constant flash of cameras.
