This upcoming Bollywood movie is true to its hype. The Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani are about to bring loads of drama, romance and emotions back to the silver screen. The movie also marks the comeback of Karan Johar as a director after a seven-year hiatus.
The excitement is real since the teaser of the movie has been dropped. Every bit of the teaser screams Karan Johar to the max level. But, that’s not it. Even the promotions of the movie are going completely KJo style i.e. grand and super fun. The teaser of the movie also featured a glimpse of the song Tum Kya Mile.
A captivating video circulating the internet features the renowned Dubai Frame, where aeroplanes gracefully etch the words “Tum Kya Mile” in the centre of the frame. This promotional activity was not only done in Dubai but also Mumbai and London.

Karan Johar’s first film that is completely shot in India
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani adds an intriguing milestone to Karan Johar’s illustrious career as it becomes his first film to be entirely shot in India. In contrast, his previous directorial ventures like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai were shot in Scotland and Mauritania, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham took place in the UK and Egypt, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and My Name Is Khan was set in the USA, Student Of The Year unfolded in Bangkok, and his most recent directorial endeavour, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, captured its essence in the UK.
The movie also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles. It is slated to release in theatres on 28th July, 2023.
